Do you guarantee closed deals?

Who owns the email accounts you send from?
We do. We provision dedicated sending domains and mailboxes per client to protect your primary domain reputation. Domains are released to you on request after termination.
What happens if there's a deliverability issue?
We monitor inbox placement daily and pause sending immediately if reputation drops. Affected campaigns are remediated at our cost. You are not billed during paused periods.
